  We spoke to Paul when we were looking at selling and he gave us some hints which were great. The presentation for the sale was excellent and professional generating lots of interest. Offers received 1st open . Sold and settled. Well done

  We have just been thinking, in a few months it will be 8 years since Taylor's First National Real Estate has taken over the management of our investment property and so we want to say a big THANK YOU for doing such a great job!
  Perfect record keeping, always keeping us up to date with the state of our property through providing reports with photos, quick responses to any queries from both ourselves or our tenants. Over that period we have only had two sets of tenants leave and Taylor’s First were quick to get new tenants in to keep the vacant period to a minimum.
  We are very happy with their management of our property and have peace of mind knowing that it is in good and caring hands.

  I’ve been dealing with Paul and the team there for over 15 years and not once has I ever thought of going elsewhere.
  The team at First National have managed my properties very well over the years, even when there were issues, which were quickly resolved.
  I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team, for all matters real estate, and commend them for a job well done over the years
